Joint Venture

A Joint Venture in China is a cooperative business form where a foreign and a Chinese company establish a joint company. There are two types: the Equity Joint Venture (EJV) with fixed ownership stakes and the Cooperative Joint Venture (CJV) with more flexible profit distribution.
